Rev. Marshall L. Ingram
Proverbs 3:5-6 reads, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart: and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.“ These are the words that have guided the life and ministry of Rev. Marshall L. Ingram
Marshall L. Ingram was born July 19, 1955 in Hahira, Ga. He is a 1973 graduate of Lowndes High School in Valdosta, GA. After graduation, Marshall felt a strong desire to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Army. After serving three years active duty, he served 20 years in the Army Reserves in which 17 of those years he was attached to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
In June of 1979, he graduated from Valdosta Technical School (Wiregrass Technical College) as a Radiologic Technologist. At which time he became employed by South Ga Medical Center. After seven years as an X Ray Technologist, he became a certified in Computed Tomography. He is presently the Chief CT Technologist for South Georgia Medical Center, its area hospitals and facilities.
Rev. Marshall L. Ingram is a lifelong member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. He became an ordained minister in 2007. Since that time, he served as pastor of St. Luke AME Church, Barwick GA and is presently serving as pastor of Rocky Mt. Zion AME Church, Barney, GA and Friendship AME Church in Dixie, GA.
Rev. Ingram has been happily married to his wife Kathy for the last twenty-five years. He is the father of two children Anthony Ingram and Marsharie Ingram.
